On Wed. June 4th, Mr Kenny's After School Program visited the
Butterfly Conservatory. There were 18 children, who, during the
school year,work to keep their own butterfly garden looking great.
The garden was planted by the children and Lake Andrews,a retired TBF
Board member. The children work side by side with TBF Board Members
Sue Sullivan & Cherré Marchak on a weekly basis and learn about
butterflies, plants and watering.
The children were very attentive during the film and lecture and
anxious to answer questions at the end of the lecture. They had a
wonderful time going through the gardens and seeing all the exotic
butterflies.
